How long does a typical car wash take?
Service times vary by package. Essential Wash takes 30-45 minutes, Premium Detail requires 60-90 minutes, and Executive Service takes 90-120 minutes. We'll provide an accurate time estimate when you book.
Do you provide water and electricity?
Yes, our mobile units are completely self-contained. We bring our own water supply, power generation, and all necessary equipment. You don't need to provide anything except access to your vehicle.
What areas do you service?
We currently serve Amsterdam and surrounding areas within a 25km radius. We're expanding our coverage area regularly, so please contact us if you're outside this zone as we may still be able to accommodate your request.
Can you clean my car in any weather?
We can work in light rain, but we reschedule during heavy rain, snow, or extreme weather for safety and quality reasons. We'll contact you if weather conditions require rescheduling and offer alternative times at no extra charge.
How do I prepare my car for the service?
Simply remove any valuable items from inside the car and ensure we have clear access to your vehicle. If possible, park in a location with adequate space around the car for our team to work comfortably.
